Last week we had a fun time shooting with Lindsay & Nolan.  It was extra special for me because the groom-to-be is a former student of mine and I took his senior photos lo those many years ago…  Lindsay and Nolan were really cute and we all had a great time.  See for yourself!

Oh, which to pick, which to pick …

They are such a sweet couple – thanks guys!  I had a great time!

Just back from great workshop!

I’ve just returned from a 2 day workshop in Denver, put on by TriCoast Photography’s Mike Fulton, Suzy Fulton and Cody Clinton.  Their unique style lighting is the newest tool in the K2 Images toobox.  Here are some images I shot this week:

I just can’t wait to use what I’ve learned back home in Texas!

From Cradle to Cross 2010

Last year, the story of Christ was told  from the battlefields of Bastogne during World War II.  We met “Doc”, a medic struggling with an even greater battle on the inside-a battle for his soul.  Through the testimony and sacrifice of a fellow soldier, Doc came to know he needed a Savior.  For a refresher in pictures, click here.

This year, we find Doc older and wiser.  The time is 1967 and Doc now runs a mission in downtown Chicago.  He finds himself on Christmas Eve having to help heal not only the physical needs but the spiritual needs of his overnight guests.  For Doc, this is his new battlefield.

From Cradle to Cross runs this weekend, December 10-12 at University Heights Baptist Church (see www.uhbc.net for more information).  Evening performances are at 7:00 p.m. and matinee’s are at 2:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Here are a few of the images you will see:

SPOILER ALERT!!!  Don’t scroll down if you don’t want to see the end of Doc’s story …

From Cradle to Cross will bring you back to the real reason for Christmas, Jesus Christ.  I hope you can make a performance – you will be changed!
